1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. On average, orders are delivered within 7–15 business days after processing. International shipments may take slightly longer depending on customs and local carriers.

2. How can I track my order?

Yes! Zenith Finds ships to customers in Canada, the United States, and internationally. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country.

4. How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Once processed, your order will be shipped and a tracking number will be provided.

5. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Our support team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

6. Can I return a product?

Yes, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty and skincare products may not be eligible for return.

7. How do refunds work?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
