You may request a return if the following conditions are met:
The return request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons, especially opened or used beauty and skincare products.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
